Returns and refunds

At LINEAR, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our items are made to order, please review the policy below before purchasing.


Returns


We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choice, or buyer’s remorse.


Since our products are made to order, returns are only accepted if:



  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order was lost in transit


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging, if needed


Once reviewed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Refunds


Refunds may be approved only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by mistake
  • Orders that are confirmed lost in transit


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.


Sale Items


Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is approved because of our error.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn items
  • Washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
